An evening of artful living to inspire, tantalize and delight…as well as rock your brain (health!)
In an intimate group of 20 participants, we will serve you electrifying ‘shots’ of veggie cocktails. Barbara Fernandez, the Rocking Raw Chef, will then take the floor to share with you how to use the potent powders and potions in your ‘power parcels’ (aka gift bags) to help you nourish and protect your brain for years to come.
You will then be initiated into the most powerful and luscious foods, bestowed throughout a tantalizing 3-course meal of over 12 different dishes, each designed to cleanse and stimulate both your palate and your brain, accompanied by organic wines for those who wish.
Dinner will be followed by hot drinks, informal Q & A and mingling, on our cozy couches and cushy armchairs (we call it our artful living room).
Everything is suitable for vegans and is free from dairy, gluten, sugar, animal products and additives.
Make sure you come hungry, because you’ll be spoiled with an abundant platter of over 10+ raw food dishes…that taste as fantastic as they’ll make you feel!
