Would you like to make super healthy food that tastes orgasmically delicious?

Join us for natural food cookery classes in Cambridge, where you won’t need to cook anything!

You’ll actually be ‘uncooking’ – and it will be so quick and easy, you’ll wonder why you haven’t done it before.

My classes use easy-to-prepare recipes (in five minutes!) and easy-to-find ingredients.

Plus the food is just so delicious, it seems almost a crime to call it healthy.

And yet it is.

Everything is suitable for anyone who likes to eat! Dishes are free from dairy, gluten, animal products and additives, making all workshops perfect for everyone (yes celiacs, this means you too 🙂 ).

Each class lasts approx 2 hours, with the last 30 mins being a ‘group nosh’ with room for any Q&A. Groups are limited to 10 participants so that you can get as ‘hands on’ as you like 🙂

You don’t have to be a cook, or have any experience making food at all, because everything is oh-so-practical, fun, and easy!

Here’s what’s coming up for 2017

Winter Warmers: Soups, Curries and Stews (Sat 25th Feb 10:00 – 12:00)

We’ll be learning how to make soups, curries and stews in just minutes using very simple equipment.

We’ll also cover batch preparation so that you can make various dishes in one day that will cover you for the whole week!

Everything is plant-based and gluten-free, but you can easily add meat or fish to any of these dishes if you want to make one meal for everyone, veggie lovers or not.

You’ll be taking home everything that we make so that you can show off what you’ve created with friends and family – before you dig into your goodie bag that I’ll have prepared for you 🙂

And if you’d like to hear me share my top tips for eating raw in winter – which we’ll be covering in this class – check out my video on the right!

No-Bake Pies, Tarts, Puddings and other Sweet Treats (Sat 18th March 10:00 – 12:00)

This class focuses on delicious desserts that are so quick it’s crazy! No need for baking – just mix/stir/blend and enjoy. We’ll also cover what to keep in your freezer for guests (or children) who pop in unexpectedly and want something sweet!

Here’s what people say about my classes

“I really enjoyed this morning, it’s been a great way to learn about how to make healthy breakfast foods which are so easy and cheap and quick to do. I loved helping out and trying things as we went along and hearing tips from others too. The goodie bag with everything to get started was a lovely touch too. I shall be booking on the next one in November too. Thank you Barbara, your enthusiasm is infectious! The space at CO15 was a perfect venue too.” – Alex

“I learnt that raw food is not scary, and that cooking/preparing raw food does not have to be difficult.” – Leah

“Thank you so much for your breakfast class last week. It was so much fun and I learnt so much. You are so enthusiastic and I learnt so much.” – Lesley

“I’ve learned much more about how to cook from such simple recipes! Thank you! I never seriously thought about making raw salad dressings, puddings, and non-smoothie/soup things. Good recipes that are relatively simple to prepare” – Joel

“I’m loving the classes! I always tell people that I go to a ‘cooking’ class but I much prefer your definition of uncookery :). I came straight home today and ordered myself a spiraliser, after having eaten the goodies from this morning of course!” – Tracy
