Come and join us for a blissful yoga and raw food retreat!
The juicy details:
Saturday, 17th October 2015, 10 am to 4 pm, Ulverscroft Manor, Leicestershire
We’ll be at the sumptuous Ulverscroft Manor in Ulverscroft Grange, Leicestershire, LE67 9PH (map here)
Set in the heart of the beautiful Charnwood Forest, this day will leave your mind, body and spirit truly nourished and inspired.
Autumn is a perfect time to let go of all we no longer need and make space in our lives for positive, mindful and healthy ways of being.
After a warm welcome we will begin with uplifting yoga and meditation infused with ancient yogic nutritional concepts.
A light snack will be followed by a hands-on raw food demonstration (done by yours truly) and a nutritious, energizing lunch.
There will be time to explore the surrounding woodlands or sit peacefully before concluding the day with gentle yoga and deep relaxation.
Your hosts
I am cohosting this lovely event with the gorgeous Lindsey (www.chandrayoga.co.uk).
We will guide you through the day with our expertise, enthusiasm and a generous sprinkling of TLC.
Your investment for the day is £95 and includes:
- all workshops
- all refreshments
- a delicious, 3-course raw vegan lunch
- a treat to take home (yay! A goodie bag!)

“I think you are an inspirational teacher, so enthusiastic which certainly motivated me. My goal was to get my family eating better. I got some great ideas and also the realisation I have to let them make their own food decisions too, but just manage the unhealthy stuff to healthier foods.” – Frances
“Barbara is pretty much a culinary genius… can you believe all of that is vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and raw?!!? Did I mention delicious!!!!!” – Brittany, social media consultant
“Barbara makes raw food taste delicious and natural, she has a rare natural intuitiveness when creating her recipes. Whilst eating it I’ve felt as if every cell is being truly nourished. Her enthusiasm is contagious and I’ve experienced feeling very inspired by her down to earth approach, and passion for what she does” – Katie, photographer
