Come and join us for a blissful Spring yoga and raw food retreat!

Saturday, 23rd April 2016, 10 am to 4 pm, The Lotus Room, Leicestershire
We’ll be at the lovely Lotus Room in central Leicestershire – a rejuvenating space just for us!
We’ll enjoy an uplifting meditation practice, gorgeous yoga sessions and raw food prep together.
Drinks, snacks and lunch are provided, along with a fabulous gift bag for you to take home (and judging by last year’s goodies, this year’s will be even better!)
I am cohosting this lovely event with the gorgeous Lindsey (www.chandrayoga.co.uk).
We will guide you through the day with our expertise, enthusiasm and a generous sprinkling of TLC.
